| Continental Sales was established in 1981 in an effort to respond to the
many out-of-state and overseas customers that expressed interest in buying
from Valley Fruit and Produce.
The two companies merged in 2000 but continued to operate independently.
Continental Sales is recognized as a premier shipping company, located in
the heart of Los Angeles, across the street from L.A. Wholesale Produce
Terminal, Continental Sales' GMP approved facility is located adjacent
to Valley's 92,000 square foot warehouse. With unique expertise in sourcing
specialty produce coupled with access to direct purchasing and preferred
availability of mainline items, the professional team at Continental Sales

| Doug L. - Vice President of Continental Sales Co.
Doug is a third generation produce purveyor. His grandfather Arthur L.,
Sr. is one of the original founders of Valley Fruit and Produce. Doug is
instrumental in the success of Continental Sales and is active in the everyday
operations of Continental Sales. |

| Wayne R. - Sales Manager of Continental Sales
Co. Wayne has over 25 years of experience in produce distribution and specializes
in tree fruit and grapes in the Los Angeles Area. |

| Peter B. - Peter is a second generation produce
purveyor. Since 1999, he has handled national foodservice accounts and international
retailers. Peter is an asset to Continental Sales with 19 years of experience
including a strong knowledge of retail, management, mixed loading and consolidation. |

| Dan H. - Dan is the primary buyer for Continental
Sales Co. He walks the LA Terminal Market on a daily basis to update sales
personnel on new items and produce trends. Dan has over 24 years of produce
purveying experience and has an extensive knowledge of specialty produce. |

| Sandi R. - Sandi obtained her Bachelor of Science
in Food and Nutrition from Cal Poly University in 1985. Her 17 years of
experience includes produce purveying, procurement, sales for shipping and
consolidation. In 1999, she joined the Continental team and handles national
foodservice accounts and retailers. |

| Shelly S. - Shelly graduated from Washington State
University in 1987 and is our most recent addition to the team. She has
15 years of produce distribution, specializing in apples, pears, and cherries.
